COVID-19 Outbound Travel Testing

In partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart, DynaLIFE is now proudly offering Albertans requiring an outbound COVID-19 travel test as an entry requirement to international destinations, for a fee.

Important things to know before you receive your outbound travel test:

Verify your entry requirements before purchasing your outbound COVID-19 test.

Before paying for travel testing, verify that this test and available timing will satisfy the entry requirements of your destination. For travel advice and all other updates, please visit Canada.ca/coronavirus.

You are responsible for ensuring your information is correct.

Your result is only as good as the information you entered while ordering your outbound travel COVID-19 test.  If yours or a family member’s information was entered incorrectly when you ordered the test, it will appear incorrectly on your report and you may not be allowed to board your flight.

Please review your order information using the link provided in your Travel Testing Appointment Confirmation email.

Shoppers Drug Mart is a collection location only.

DynaLIFE is responsible for the testing and resulting of your test. Please do not return or call Shoppers Drug Mart for updates on your test status as this takes away from their time for serving in-store customers and patients.

Your results will take between 24 and 48 hours to deliver.

For information on the status of your test, see your DynaLIFE – Travel Testing Appointment Confirmation email.

Please do not call, email, or drop-in to any of our DynaLIFE Patient Care Centers (PCCs) for status updates, as our Operations Team is busily processing a very high volume of COVID tests.

COVID-19 Travel Testing Disclaimer

Neither DynaLIFE or Shoppers Drug Mart is held responsible for the cost of missed flights and/or changed travel plans, entry denial or unexpected added travel costs that may arise from an entry denial.

To obtain up-to-date domestic and international travel updates, guidelines and/or restrictions related to COVID-19, please visit Transport Canada’s website at https://tc.canada.ca/en.
