Edmonton – Alberta’s leader in diagnostic lab services is making scheduling appointments even easier. Beginning today, patients will be able to use an updated version of DynaLIFE’s booking app, Q.Me.2. The more advanced version is easier to navigate and features a more modern look and feel. It is also mobile friendly, meaning it will be easier for patients to find and sign up for appointments using their smart phones.
“DynaLIFE is constantly improving ourselves to meet the evolving needs of our patients. We know how busy Albertans are, so we want to make sure booking a lab test is as simple as possible. The updated version of Q.Me.2 is more intuitive and innovative and will make the process even more convenient,” said DynaLIFE CEO Jason Pincock.
All existing patient accounts have been moved to the updated Q.Me.2. Using the same credentials, patients can login in to book appointments for themselves, their family members, or view their appointment history. The new version of the app is available for use at current DynaLIFE locations.
On June 2, 2022, the Government of Alberta announced DynaLIFE was awarded the service agreement by Alberta Heath Services to offer expanded community lab services in urban and rural patient service centres and mobile collections facilities. As a result, DynaLIFE will be expanding its presence in the province. In due course, Albertans living in these soon-to-serviced areas will also be able to sign up for Q.Me.2 accounts to book appointments.
